Ordering process:

Please Contact me if you would like to discuss a design for your stationery or would like a quote.  

If you live within range of Launceston or will be travelling here prior to ordering your stationery we can arrange a meeting so that you can view the sample range in person and discuss design details.

If you live interstate or are unable to travel to Launceston then all discussions can be done via email or phone.

Once a design is settled on I will send a quote for your stationery.  On acceptance of the quote an invoice will be sent for the total amount owing.  On payment of the invoice I will begin the digital process and send drafts for your approval.  Once all drafts have been approved and you are happy with the design, I will make a physical sample to send to you for final proofing and approval.  Your order will not be made until I have this final approval in writing via email.

When your order is ready for delivery I will contact you to make arrangements.  Orders can be hand-delivered to the Launceston area, otherwise they will be sent via Australia Post Registered & Insured mail at your expense.  An invoice will be sent prior to posting with a postal quote for the total amount of packing and postage.  The order will not be sent until payment is received.

What is included in an invitation order:

If you are ordering from one of the samples on the website then everything in the description is included for the listed price. We include guest name printing on all our invitations at no extra charge.  Envelope printing is an optional extra so please ask before ordering if you require this.  RSVP envelopes are also an extra charge if required.......price is dependent on size, etc.  If you are having a custom design then your quote will list everything that is included in the price.  If you are in doubt about any pricing please Contact me with your query.

What other items are available to complement my theme:

We can create a number of themed items......from the invitation stage right through to your special day..........Menus, Place Cards, Order of Service, Thank You cards, Favour packaging, Tags for favours, Tags for lolly buffets, Table numbers, Welcome to our wedding vinyl for mirror signs..........and anything else you might need.  There are endless design variations to these items and, if possible, I try to design something that is a bit unique to your event or theme, so please Contact me with any questions about these additional items.
